Sadly I don't think that Frost is coming back. I dont see why the MK team left out one of the few greatest new characters in MK: DA. I dont think Hsu Hao, Mavado,Drahmin are coming back.

Im saddened too, the 2 major females of MK are not gonna be in this MK!! Those females are sonya and kitana. Also frost was a magnificent new character in MKDA and so was nitara. But I guess they want to do something different and give the less popular characters a chance. At first i was feeling an Mk2 vibe but now its gone. I dont feel that way anymore. Im gonna keep my fingers crossed for KITANA AND SONYA!

I wouldnt count out Cyrax yet...

then again they could always say 'he got lost' again...killing him would hurt MK3's history, since he was the only one in MKDA (the new characters in MK3)...bringing some of them back is fine, but he is still the main one of those characters...

It's done been confirmed that the German article could be bogus. I think Kitana as well as Kung Lao, Sonya etc. all have good chances of being in it; until E3 we will get NO more info!

Well MK with out Johnny Cage isnt MK.At least that the best bad guy is coming back B him self.
to bad the best good guy isnt there to fight him.

johnny cage is the crappiest character in my opinion they should have scrathced him a while ago

i think lui kang will appear but in qun chis body as the mkda story suggests

I can't wait to go to E3. I hope to find out all this new hype is false. If it is true there is nothing I can do about it. If they do take out Johnny Cage, I might not play this one for a long time. If scorpion was taken out I would boycott this game. I am sick and tired of all the up and down hoop la. This is boons last chance imo, If this game turns out to have a crappy character line up. I won't play MK anymore. The bad thing is we will not find out for a long time. Oh well see ya all at E3

MK w/o Johnny Cage is just not MK. PERIOD. Hate him or not, it's true. Why do you think they're bringing him back for the 3rd MK movie? His popularity is very high, just not on the net for some reason. I hated MK3 and UMK3 because of the crappy characters. I mean, some of you like Nightwolf, but he's just a Cage clone. Even when he's not in the sereis, he's still there. Let's see--the only characters from MK1 so far are Scorp and sub, not counting Liu cause I think it's a lie. I never liked them enough to justify buying a game. I don't care if it does say Mk on it, it won't be on my shelf if I don't like the characters.

I just don't understand why they drop out all or most of the people from Deadly Alliance and bring back older and new characters...Like Tanya, so far it seems no one wants to see her. Instead of Tanya you could have Kitana. Instead of Liu Kang you could have Kung Lao. I don't know, I still don't think 24 is the FINAL list...
