The Liu Kang in Deception Thread

I missed the chance to actually see some ingame footage of Kang on the Hotaru bio on IGN (the bio is no longer there). But I did catch one pic of Kang getting ready to be hit with a fatality on the awesome thread about the costumes of deception.

Ive heard rumors of Liu Kang being in the game in 'ghost' and 'zombie' form but I am thinking these are just rumors.

What do we actually know at this point?

Well i know a couple things.

1. the bio is still there on IGN...check the X-box section. It says Shujinko official bio but the one with the guy with glasses is the Hotaru one.

2. Liu Kang has a style called Jun Fan (is that it?) In the Hotaru vid bio it shows him in his old costume..(his 3rd?)
