The new characters....whos the coolest? The worst?

There are some new characters coming to MKD, and I'd like to know who you think is the coolest/best/worst of them all, even if the characters aren't new, as in the returning characyers from the old MK's, let me know what you think

as ive seen I would say Hotaru is the coolest mainly because his fatality but some characters we haven't seen yet

Hotaru looks VERY promising as a fighter and as a storyline character. His weapon style and Gojuryu look like very versatile styles.

Ashrah looks the worst so far. Her movements seem "stiff" and she just seems as a conglomeration of numerous fighters, with no real style behind her. Her story (thus far) has potential though.

Two characters in particular I'm interested in. The first is Ben. It seems as if he's very different from Johnny Cage, despite the rumors around. And, while not a new fighter, I would like to see how Ermac plays as a fighter, as I'm sure he can make some wicked combos, and I'm interested to know what his story is.
EDIT: I'm also curious what Kabal has in store. In days long past, he was a top tier fighter. I'm wondering what his fighting abilities (and story) hold this time around.

I don't know who's the worst, but Hotaru looks the dog's bollocks! And I can't wait to see Kira or Dairou either.

I'm gonna have to follow the trend on this one. Hotaru looks bad ass. He has a great costume, interesting moves, and one of the coolest fatalities I've seen yet because of its sheer ruthlessness. The worst? Ashrah hands down. She has a ridiculous costume, and her moves appear questionable.

Sorry to repeat what other people are saying, but I was saying it when most people were excited about Ashrah. Hotaru's the coolest of the new characters so far. I love the dark armour with the back flags, and his spear.

Worst for me is Ben/Kobra whatever. Does MK really need a boring, generic karate guy like you see in every other beat em up?
