I'm a huge Kabal freak. When I first played MK3 he was my first choice which replaced Baraka as my fav character. Last time we saw Kabal he became good my guess in this game is that if he is still good that he's going after the DK and both Dragon clans. If he's bad than he's more likely to be a member of the Black Dragon, possibly the leader, going after the Reds. Last time Mavado had the hookswords so probably what Kabal did, since he wasn't dead, was the attacked Mavado and regained his hooks. Mavado was not killed, just severely injured and spent the next months st the Red Dragon Temple healing and preparing for his confrontation with Kabal. Just my theory. Hopefully Mavado is in the game so that they can finish their feud.
