People are still contemplating that issue... They say that the Dragon Medallion may have heald Sub Zero.

I dunno about that... I mean the aging thing makes sense but since when has an issue such as that really made a substantial difference in anything. But mostly I wanna know if I'm just blind cause I don't see the Dragon medallion on sub zero, here you take a look and tell me if I'm wrong.

I'm almost 100% sure it's the younger one. The older one isn't much older than the yuonger one. The Dragon Medallion ages Sub-Zero, too.

I still don't see why, even with the medallion, the scar would heal, if that were true woudn't it have been healed in DA? I still think its the older one, for that if nothing else plus his form doesn't seem as big this time around as he was in the last one. even if it is the younger one I think it would be interesting to have the two brothers in the same game with different move settings... one throws icicles that freeze people while the other shoots an ice ball. I dunno maybe its just me.

Well your not the first one to think this. Besides, the same rumor came out during the production of DA so, I really doubt its the older, besides the MK team has already decided to really cut down on the revivals, and I don't think they're gonna bring a guy back who was killed off in the first tournament.

That was concept art, first his scar was red, then it became blue in the HEALING stage and now its all gone (just a hypothesis)

alright here, I'll drop the scar, I'll even drap the fact that his arms are no longer frozen ice, but I will not fully believe its the younger brother until one of you can show me a picture of him with the Dragon medallion. Midway isn't so inconsistant as to change so much about a character that it would affect his story. But there is no way that sub-zero would be without the medallion and still be part of the Lin Kuei clan of ninjas. What did he do get demoted. Show me the dragon medallion and I'll shut up.

ok dummy, back in MKDA he didnt have the scar either, then they put it in on the last minute, just like this game, they will put the scar later on, relax, unless it healed. he does look old and the medallion doesnt show,(new outfit) besides frozt could have the medallion and when she froze cause it was too strong it could have froze with her, oh wait nevermind i found the mediallion on my PSM pic.

its on the first page if you have the mag. where he is fighting mileena,wait this pic is on this website, hell this pic is on the trailer. where sub apprears to be green b/c of the glow form the stage. his chest looks like it has fish scales on his chest, that outfit, well on the belt is the cirular medalleion, and no he does NOT have an outfit that has his mask only, there is an outfit where he does not have the mask, he has a ponytail, and thats the outfit with the metal on the belt, thats younger sub. now stop and close the topic. i showed u the proof or told it too u watch the trailer or go on this website and look at the pics on the home page.

The scar doesnt mean anything right now-- i mean in MK4 subzero's select screen picture didnt have a scar in revision 1, and early mkda concept arts also shows subero without a scar-- there is a SMALL chance it i the older subzero, but its most likely the younger subzero.

I haven't gotten the PSM mag yet but I don't see the medallion in the trailer where you say it is, I've freeze framed it several times, second of all the ponytail outfit has him without a hood, the mask is still there, third of all anytime subzeros look has been shown on a cover of a magazine in particular it is always the look he has in the game... including last game. In fact the first time I saw an article in a mag detailing DA the scar was there on sub zero's face. Oh and thanks for keeping it civil I appreciate it.

I just threw this out as a conclusion I had made, look at all the evidence and I think its a fair conclusion, I could be wrong but I personally like the idea of the old Sub zero returning. Plus I'm not going to bet fifty bucks on something that depends on someone elses imagination. Just speculation thats what its all about right. Well why bring him back now? The whole older Sub-Zero returning thing has been around since four.

I dunno I personally like Doombringer's idea of Shao kahn coming back with an army of undead and oni, if that would occur it would open the portal to netherrealm so technically any dead character could just jump through, its a nice theory, probably won't happen but that could be one reason why he'd come back.
