I think so.
Also I think Drahmin is a good potential character.

I believe Drahmin should return, and most likely will, since his ending left too much for us to guess. They will probably bring him back, but completely different (as his ending hints). I hope they do, since he has lots of potential, being a Netherealm beast and all, and they surely can do alot with him. Just don't bring back the mask, ok?

About Moloch, I think they should bring him back, but as an ordinary character, not so hard to beat, with some cooler stuff. Either that or have the next Shokan Prince/ King kill him in a fight. If I was to write it, I would make it so that Drahmin's ending would happen, and therefore he would leave Moloch behind. Quan Chi would have disappeared misteriously after Drahmin dragged him into the chamber, and Moloch would remain allied with Shang Tsung. A while after, a Shokan, wanting to be next for Shokan's throne went after Shang Tsung, killing Moloch in the process. When he caught Shang Tsung, he, fearing the Shokan's might, would bow and swear to serve the future Shokan Prince (although we all know Shang a little too well to believe that). Shang Tsung would then remain appearantly serving the forces of good (since the Shokan would still be allied with Kitana in order to release their worlds from Outworld, now in command of the Dragon King), until his first opportunity to betray the Shokan and escape.
