ok, i saw the thread u were talking about..and i saw the pics of the chair..they look nothing a like.

the helmet looks more like kahn's mash. notice the "teeth" portion of it. and if i'm right, kahn's mask would be the crown for the ruler of outworld, which would be the DK

id love to see Reiko make a comeback inheriting the khan helmet we all saw fall from his throne when he was killed by Shang and Quan. it would sorta be his tribute to khan. not the armour. just the helmet.

First off, Kahn is one of the best bosses in any fighting game, period.

That's not Kahn's helmet in the trailer, its Quan Chi's throne. You can easily tell when you freeze frame it. You CAN hear a Shao Kahn voice at least once in the trailer, that much is true.

Kahn's helmet is...Kahn's helmet. Its not a crown of Outworld. It was never specified as such. The thing with Reiko was jut another stupi plot idea that went no where. Reiko was a lame-ass character in the arcade with a terrible ending, so they figured that they'd spice it up a bit on the home versions by making Kahn's crown come down on his head at the end. Does this mean anything? NO.

Has everyone forgotten that this is MORTAL KOMBAT? How many times are people going to say 'but this happened in soandso's ending' before they realize that not all endings actually happen? Reiko never had any impact on the story, and the Kahn helmet addition was just another way for Boon and Co. to stir up the fans. It was never mentioned again, and personally, I don't see what the big deal is...I can't even count how many times something in Mortal Kombat was just blatantly forgotten from one game to the next.

I think that it is Quan Chi's throne, and even though Baraka's MKG ending obviously didnt happen, I think it'll point out something here. Since the skull looks like the back of Quan Chi's throne, and Quan Chi killed Baraka his ending of MKG, Baraka is looking for revenge and control of the throne...>_> Im'a watch the video...agian

It definitely is Quan Chi's throne. IF you look at the conceptual art, then freeze frame the skull when the camera pulls out, you can see that its the top of Quan Chi's throne.

if it is indeed the throne, then the trailer never hinted at kahn. so what if u heard his voice. he alked in mk4 and wasn't there
