I liked Shao Khan the best so far, but I think the Dragon King has a lot of potential. He could be my new favorite, we'll just have to wait and see.

1-Shang Tsung. Hes got the most evil look and attitude in the game.

2-Quan Chi has that freaking scary "clow" look. Hes evil and gives no mercy.

3-Sha Kahn is just cruel.

Kahn for power and brutality, Shang Tsung and Quan Chi have him in the cunning and deceiving departments. Can't choose between them.

Kahn,it took shung and quan chi combined to beat him....he managed to take basically every1 on earths souls...*wipes a tear away and thanks kahn for the memories...btw kintaro was kahn's bitch
