PA= production art - game sketches, wireframes, other drawings, ect.

They had concept sketches of stage fatalities in MK:DA too. Look at how well that panned out.

I don't think is in the game.
Maybe in a future MK game, like what happened with Dairou, his sketch was on the MKDA Krypt and now he's playable.

You have to remember that for every designed stage that makes it into the game, there are probablly 3 stages that did not make it. Same for charcaters and side games, like puzzle & Chess, and everything else.
Like Mario Cart, they might have even though of doing a MK Racing game. Imagine subby is a cart or in a supped up Frosty car. Like a pro football team, not all the players make it on to the team after training camp.
Some of those ideas might get rehashed for the Next Version. Imagine the hundred of Character Ideas that they went though. just to get a few.
