don't have to answer this but jarek and kano is officialy alive. on sonyas bio(u know the 3d with her freinds foes alignment and bio) it say: foes kano, jarek, which means that they're alive, the only thing weird is that kira is missing

I dont think being on a foes/allies list means they are alive. I think its just general.

Yeah, thats an overstatement. They may still be alive (since this is MK and practically no one stays dead), but that does not mean they will be in the game either.

So what? Sub-Zero still has Scorpion and Scorpion still has Sub-Zero. It is more of a historical thing. Let's say you had an enemy and he died, he is still your enemy.
