This sucks!!! Is there ANY WAY I could get the Kollectors Edition????
I live in Bolivia, and it seems that the Kollectors Edition does not ship to any outside countries that are not the USA.
I looked at Amazon but they only have the game to pre-order without the special pack.
Is there any way I can get this kollectors edition for PS2??
All help will be really appreciated. Thanks!

I feel you, I hoping i'll be able to get hold of a PAL version in Europe...
I got a P.O. in Miami that delivers my packages where I live. (3 business days after it gets to Miami) And I already pre-ordered my Premium Pack for the PS2!
Why don't you try to get an account with mail company in Bolivia that delivers in the US (with US Shipping rates, a lot less expensive), then they deliver it to you. I pay like 5 dollars to retire my package (depending on the weight). It's better than paying over $35 US for a regular international shipping and you get most of the great deals that you can't have for not living in the US. EDIT: Gamestop.com have the Premium pack and normaly ships outside the US. I bought a lot of games from them in the past and I never got any problem. Try there if there isn't a way to get a P.O. box in the US. You'll pay more of course.

My friend, OK, The link you posted is for the official news about the Special editions, but in no way it is mentioned about international shipping. If queve made this thread is because the question is slightly different. In no way it is a waste of space. And I think that in my previous post, I answered for many that live outside the US and desperatly want this Special edition.

Thanks Max! Im really interested to learn more on that.
There is actually hope...
First, you need to find out if there is a Mail compagny that does that in Bolivia, Here in the Dominican Republic, I have "Business Mail". I paid a membership and they give me an adress in miami where to ship all items and a member number.
So when you order a Videogame/DVD over the web,...you put your US adress that they gave you and they will ship it there. Around 3 days after arrival, you receive your package. You have to pay again for the shipment butwhen you compare the price for the shipping internationally, it is half price. It is worthed if you buy a lot. I often buy a lot of Videogames and DVDs.
I know FedEx does that. A friend of mine has a P.O. with them. They are everywhere so, they probably are in Bolivia aswell
