If Radien blew himself up, how the hell is he still a playable character? I suppose I'll get the usual "He's a god, immortal, and can't be killed" crap, but I'm not taking it. He was supposed to have made a sacrifice. To me that implies that he's gone, just like Liu Kang is gone, but apparently he's still in the game. BS I say!

Just wanted to know if I'm the only one that's thinking this way.

There's a lot of theories. One is that he teleported at the last second, and it is supported by the video.

yup it is supported by the intro. there was a thread about it somewhere showing pic by pic.

Then it's not exactly a sacrifice now is it? Also, I've seen Liu Kang in some of the fight videos released. Has an explanation been given for that?

The sacrifice that Raiden is associated with is him abandoning his status as elder god. So in the MkD intro movie his "sacrifice was made in vein" because he's put himself in danger/death by staying with in earthrealm and the Dragon King is still a threat.
