Ok, I've been seeing this alot, and I really don't get this shit...I don't know where this would apply, so I'll just ask it here.

How does everyone know what tier a character is? Guessing or what?

And could someone please say what they are? Preferrably someone who knows what they're talking about..all I know is..Baraka - Low tier.

Naw Baraka is a punisher,meaning you wait for you opponents mistakes then use it to your advantage.Hes more Mid tier ......About Mid -mid tier.

Everyone knows....based on their special moves/ fighting style/and how well they do against other characters.

It's really not all tht complicated....but I hope this did you good.

Arcade, lol, yeah..I am, I just never really took the time to worry about what tier they each are or whatever, just wanted to play. Now I am..still late though. hah.

^ Yeah, I realize that now..sad..oh wellz, I'm getting it..All I use to go by was how well each of 'em could play, like frost..I know she sucks..But I guess it would be like knowing tiers? Except I didn't know who was what title or whatever.
