Especially when trying to get Liu Kang's alt, which is the 1st of each month at a specific location for only a few seconds. It takes a good while to meditate if you aren't near the end of the month, and it would be too easy to pass the 1st of the month if you weren't sure how many days are in it.
Besides, it simplifies the process by making each month 30 days without variables.

Untrue. There are some years that are Leap Years. I passed on a few years or so back. I am in year 55 now. I did have a February that was shorter than 30 days, so Leap Years exist.

but with liu kangs alt. it appears at 12pm, so you have plenty of time to see that it's the 1st of the month.

Good point. To add to that, would you rather have to wait 4 YEARS to get something on February 29th if you missed it? Or would you rather have another chance at getting it after only a year? Yea a year takes forever to get through with meditation, but try and understand what I'm getting at here.

I herd from Boon himself that to get one of the super unlockables, you would have to meditate the amount of time you have been playing Konquest. So I hope you guys have been keeping track. One second more or less will screw it up.
When you do this you have to be in Edenia X-8 and have everything unlocked. Once this happens you get Akuma.
Then take the headband and raidens staff and go talk to every MK character and Town character 500 times. then you can fight Shao Kahn
Now this fight is really hard, he is healing, you do 5% damage on him, and he does 500% damage on you and you are bleeding and you have 15 seconds to kill him.
If you fail ONCE you lost your chance for that profile and you must start the hole thing all over again.
I beat Kahn and got Hornbuckle.
