I am going to start off with three BIO's for Sheeva, Kintaro and Mileena. I will add more stories/BIO's and other tidbits at every tenth post.
Sheeva
Alledged to have been killed by Kano for secretly lurking in the shadows to eliminate Shao Kahn, Sheeva emerges once more.
The news of Goro's death had spiralled the Shokan civilization into uttermost chaos and Kintaro was focused on assasinating Noob Saibot who was responsible for Goro's defeat.
Sheeva did not approve of Kintaro's sudden reappearance and sympathy as she only knew that the two of them continously battled it out.
Kintaro's ulterior motives were becoming increasingly unveiled by Sheeva. It was believed he was ressurected by Shao Kahn to weave his way into the Shokans affections then to turn on them with the centurians.
Sheeva now had to find Shao Kahn and to assasinate him before the Shokans would fall to the Centurians and Shao Kahn.
But Sheeva was blind to the fact that there was another hidden twist...the Dragon King was the true reason for the chaos, it would only be a matter of time before the Shokans, Centurians and Shao Kahn would intervine with one another and the outcome would be horrific............
Kintaro
After Kintaro's death back in the second tournament, Kintaro was immediately ressurected and placed in the subterranean caverns underneath Kahn's fortress. His loyallty and respect for Shao Kahn incresingly became more immense and wanted to pay his duties to the Falling Emperor.
After Shao Kahn's alledged death Kintaro broke free from his confines, and searched the plains to find his killers. He was unsuccessful, so he returned to Kahn's tarnished fortress.
The stood Shao Kahn with a miniscule proportion of his army, Shao Kahn offered Kintaro a wager, the bargain was to slither his way into the Shokans realm acting distraught about the death of Goro, then concreting a pledge to eliminate Noob Saibot who was responsible for Goro's death.
After winning the Shokans acceptance, Kintaro would rupture the portals surrounding the Shokans land, each portal linking with another realm.
Once this was complete Shao Kahn would send his army, the centurians and let a rift open for the Dragon King to enter and slaughter the Shokans.
After the Shokan reealm was diminished, they would move forward to Earthrealm and Edenia.
But Kintaro hid ulterior motives as once he infiltrated the Shokan empire he would alert the Shokans of Shao Kahn's existence and prepare them for the Ultimate showdown......
Mileena.
The betrayer who became the betrayed...
Killed again by her sister Kitana, Mileena took this oppurtunity to align once more with the edenians. She would notify them of her relation to Kitana and Queen Sindel and give them the lowdown of Kitanas actions towards her. Once this was engraved, Mileena would clash with the Edenians and enslave them using the help of a fallen elder god who is starnded in the netherrealm, once Mileena attempts this the souls and spirits of the edenians would transfer to the Elder God and enable him to break free from the netherrealms confines.
With the help of Tanya this plan was greenlighted.
But word of this outspread across Outworld, and her fellow spouse Baraka did not approve of Mileenas over-exposure and to eliminate and overpower Edenia.
Barak travelled to Edenia to confront his mistress, there the two fought out until the Edenian people discovered of the Plot...Tanya had betrayed her, as she didn't want the edenian realm to become demolished nor did she want Shinnoks return. Kitana redeemed Tanya and put her alongside Jade and Rain to protect her mother Sindel.
Mileena had entangled Baraka in this and it seemed it was Baraka's plan too. Now both of them would have to deceit each other in order to survive long enough until the Dragon King emerges and crushes all the past and the possible future into dust...............
I will produce the other versions of these three and post some more ones.
Basically it is a cave type area with stagtites and stagalmites risiing from the floor and descending from the ceiling - corpses are impaled on them.
The floor is covered in shallow water (knee deep) and in the centre of the floor is like a vault/door circular opening. There is a few sicks attached to the wall and which are alight, and on the walls and ceiling is the water reflecting.
The opponentrs slash the water when they fight, kick or fall down, and when blood emerges it clouds the water red. The area would have a gloomy slow fog type music tune to it to add the eeriness. Also iot the background you hear something swiming and something roaring and things screaming.
Stage Fatalities (2)
1.) The player jumps into the air and dislodges a boulder, the boulder crashes into the vault type thing and the player leaps onto an overlooking ledge. The opponent is sucked into the hole and is sent into the abyss. After a splash (10 seconds later) you hear a roar and a surge of bloody water arises from the opening. A demon sea creature lifts its head out of the opening and spews out the disembodied corpse of the opponent, it the descends back into the hole and dissappears.
2.) The player grabs the opponents and start of swing the opponent round impaling them numerous times into the stalagmites and stalagtes, the water starts to become a deep red and with every smash into a spike arises a nice crunch ( after about 12 impalements to the opponent, the player starts to strangle them under the water - drowning them, then after they are dead the player sticks them on the a stagtite to go with the collection of dead corpses.

Ashrah BIO
The elder goddess of Fire oversees the evergrowing Dragon King, relinquishing her status as an elder God Ashrah transfers her god-like powers to the mortal arsenal.
With her as an addition to Earths forces alongside Rayden and Fujin, they stand a more chance of victory and are less suceptible to failure.
But Ashrah has another Ulterior motive for deranking herself from Elder God status which she wishes to keep it secret.
Its questionable why she suddenly emerges when the Dragon King returns - why didn't she join earths forces when other porblems arose like the Deadly Alliance or Shao Kahn's invasion?
Its because the Dragon King knows Ashrah's motive and she must terminate him to keep her secret from being unveiled, but will she succeed?
I wrote 3 versions on Ashrah but that once just seems to fit her more than the other two with the little information we know of her.

Those are awesome! The first one would be great to see!
Kung Lao
After the Deadly Alliance was defeated, Kung Lao returned with Bo' Rai Cho to Earthrealm, where to this day, they train millions of Shaolin Monks. If Earth ever came under attack, Earth would have many defenses. Yet Kung Lao was always meditated in thought. He calculated that he was the Mortal Kombat Champion, so that would keep him alive until the next tournament against Outworld, in which Kung Lao would have to face death again. Lao realised his ideas for peace and a happy death were disrupted by him defeating Shang Tsung in the last tournament. The only way Kung Lao could die is if he was slaughtered. Kung Lao could only pray that Earthrealm would never need assitance, ever again.
Kung Lao had dreams of Liu Kang, and Lao asked if he was ready to be Earthrealm's primary warrior. Liu Kang then always said "Was I?". This always woke Kung Lao up and terrorise him the next day. Kung Lao pondered if Bo' Rai Cho and him were enough to train the Earthrealm forces. Kung Lao hoped he would never find out, yet deep down he knew he would.
Raiden approached Kung Lao one day, which Kung Lao knew was bad, because a little while after the Deadly Alliance's defeat, Raiden decided that Edenia needed him most. Lao's fears were confirmed when Raiden spoke of the new threat to Earthrealm, and a force greater than Shao Kahn, The Dragon King. Deep down Kung Lao questioned if one man's training could improve a warrior from being weaker than Shao Kahn, to being better than The Dragon King, if the great Liu Kang couldn't even handle one of Kahn's underlings?
This part is optional, you can either have Bo' Rai Cho stay at the Academy training as a back-up, and leave Kung Lao with advise like, "Liu Kang may be gone in body and soul, but his spirit fights with you." or hae Bo' Rai Cho defy Raiden and say to Kung Lao "I won't let you face death alone.".
Cyrax
After retrieving the Orb Nitara had so strongly wanted, Cyrax was swept into a portal created by the vampire. He awoke in, what looked like, a huge operating room. Deep down Cyrax knew who he was, but his only mission was to serve the race of vampires as a warrior. He was instructed to block out all memory of the vampire race if captured.
His first orders as slave to the vamprie race, was to travel to Outworld, fulfill coded programming DEAL_MAKESK617 and destroy any possible threats to the vampires.
