Is it just me, or is it fucking awesome that
Wal-Mart will be selling Mortal Kombat: Deception? They have ALWAYS been strict about things like this, only selling CLEAN versions of music cds, and I remember in the past them refusing to sell certain games, including Mortal Kombat. The gaming world is changing! Unless its a clean version with no blood? *Shrugs*

I think this is tight. Let the controversy begin.

For some reason, I want the Mileena cover. Hmph.

Hey twistedspine. Does the walmart in your neck of the woulds stay open all night long? Mine are open 24-7. Does that mean we will be able to pick up the game just before midnight on the 3rd????? If yes then my happy ass will be camping out at walmart. Can you just see it now. Getting the game almost 13 hours before all the other game stores get theres. Gamestop would be pissed off. I sure as hell am going to go to the store and ask all night long. I have not done that in a long time. The last game I did that for was MK the first one. I waited at Meijers in michigan and kept on asking the stock boy if the game was there. Two hours after midnight he walked out of thr back with a box in hand. Opened it up and checked the games in. Then sold me the first copy, I drove home as fast as I could and then played with my friends tell like 9 in the morning. This could be a real fun thing for me. If it does work out,then I will get both the x-box and ps2 versions. Talk to you later DSB

Actually, almost every game I've preordered from Electronic Boutique was in my possession a full day before the official release date. They get them in stock the previous day, and EB starts selling them as soon as they come in.

Since Wal-Mart is selling MKD, I'm wondering if it'll be cheaper than the price that Gamestop or EB be selling it at.

I bought MKDA at Walmart at 1203am the day it was released. No lines and 1 other person was there doing the same as me. This time around i am going to preorder the Collectors Ed. I want the MK1 since it's not in the Midway collection anymore.
