Weapon/Stage Weapon List Thread (Pics inside) *UPDATED August 5th*

Here is a list of the weapons so far and many could change in the future so I will be updating this thread as new info is released.
Feel free to point out mistakes and help me out with names I have wrong or don't know at all.
Thanks everyone. Major thanks goes out to HUNTsung and -NIGHTWOLF- for providing pictures for this.

1) I think that is a stage weapon, even though Ermac does have an axe I don't think it's that one.

2) If Sub-Zero has that Kori Blade that looks like the last one I am gonan be pissed furious, that thing did not fit in for weapons in my mind.

Ermac's weapon is called Thoraxe
And I think that Kobra's weapon isn't neither Kali Sticks nor Tonfas I think they are like those sticks that the police uses, but in wood, or maybe small baseball bats

OFF TOPIC: does anybody noticed that Ermac has the same gems that Tanya/Jade had in her boots!? I am just wondering if they have any connection????

Sindel's Weapon is called a Kwan Do
Ashrah has the Kriss
Scorpion's weapon is a Ninja Sword, the Mugai Ryu is his second fighting style.
Li Mei has the Melon.

Thanks everyone. Also that is Ermac's Axe, just in that picture it appears bigger which is why I picked it. Also Scorpion's second fighting style is not Mugai Ryu, it's Moifah.

If anyone knows where I can find Sub-Zero's Kori Blade, Kenshi's Katana, Ashrah's Kriss and Li Mei's Melons then please post a link to it. Btw, I don't have any of the videos downloaded, so if there in the videos only I will need someone to get them for me.

A Tonfa is what police use ,they just call it a billy club ,or nightstick.

And ,Didn't you/we get enough of Li Mei's melons last game?

Thanks for reminding me. Guess I'll put them under stage weapons until anything else is found out about them.

You're wrong Kitana, that picture of Scorpion with the ninja sword is from an earlier build.

The Mugai Ryu is not his second fighting style, it's a new blade that when swung, leaves a trail of fire behind it.

His fighting styles are:
Hapkido
Moi fah (New Style)
Mugai Ryu (New Blade)

Nice thread. It's nice to have a thread to go to and find out about everyone's weapons. And I do believe that Scorpion's weapon is Mugai Ryu.

Just a suggestion but could Crow or Kombat sticky this thread and the Kostume Thread made by -NIGHTWOLF- so people can find the info they want easily?

I think it would be great since we already have the Fighting Area Roster up there.

I read your pm replied then looked at page 2 and wow.

Great Job and good thread.

I think I have seen one character using debris from a teir change attack as a weapon. I'll get back to you if I can find it.

If this isn't worth a sticky it's definitely worth being put in tgrant's navigation thread.

This is an awesome thread. Congrats. I am happy to see that the character weapons are separated from the stage weapons. Boraicho's jojustsu is not working though. I agree this thread should be stickied. Good Job! I think it is a little curious that Kitana's fans are a stage weapon. My theory is that Kitana is a secret character. What better deception than to involve Mileena, Sindel, and Kitana. All we are missing is Jerrod and Shao Kahn. Anyway and I think that it is possible to drop weapons now? So Li MEi picked it up and is using them. It is just a little weird that fans would be a stage weapon. Also I believe that Ben's weapons are called Kali Sticks like Sonya's in MKDA.

Simple question.

Is the weapon seen being held by Li Mei on the Ying Yang stage (spiked mace/morning star) as above the same as the weapon seen in a photo (I think at Gamespot maybe?) held by Ben/Kobra on the same stage?

If the answer is yes then isn't that the stage weapon for Ying Yang?
