Weird Question mark in the Village

I started Konquest again.
When I was in the village in the first section, I went to the side of the seond class bo-rai-cho traches you. This is where you do your first combos. Anyways I hadnt done the class yet and I went to the right sode of it. I picked up a small question mark.
Strangely enough Shujinko fell down on the ground. Then He woke up while it said "Two days later". Apep was in front of me with the green column of light. I went and talked to him and he said
"Shujinko, I was worried. You were out cold for two days. You should'nt really pick up everything you see."
Anyone else get this ?

I've thought about that too. I always thought maybe it is a hint that you shouldn't pick up everything you see or complete every mission you get until later in the game.
I've also wondered about the question mark inside one of the houses near where the Lin Quei warrior is standing. It's a question mark that gives you 15 platinum. It probably does something else as well. Why else would they make it a question mark rather than a platinum symbol if it was just gonna give you 15 plat?

As for the ? mark in the house it always is 15 i checked it out at several different times it remains the same

Yep, I had also found 2 or 3 question marks.
I remember the last one made Shujinko faint and wake up after 2 days.
It could very well be a clue, but hey, how the hell are we supposed to assume what to get and what not to get? LOL.
