Weird status icon????

Some players have this weird icon in their status information. It looks something like the head of the grim reaper. What is this exactly? I think it might have something to do with disconnections.
hummm.... I think its the Headset icon?

Nope, couldn't be. I've seen it beside myself a couple of times in the past, but I don't have a headset.
