1. MK is MK, not some other game/movie/(insert pop culture reference here), so let's keep things in their proper perspective, can we?
2. If you REALLY want a werewolf in the next MK, why not petition Midway to bring back the Nightwolf character and they could make it his fatality? Whether or not you think it's a good idea, that would be the only way a werewolf could or should even be allowed in the game at all.

no , no werewolfs. like you said they have alraidy vampires. I think they go a little to far in that one.more such changes and the game wil get to screwd up.it would begin to look like a earthly horrormoviegame.VAMPIRES,WEREWOLFS,MUMMY's,..it would go to far from the concept.

I've actually been thinking along those lines. BUt rather than have it be a "werewolf" it could just be some form of edenian creature who's been forced into the mix to find Kitana after her abduction (or something along those lines) this both refreshes the edenian storyline and gives realistic MK fans a story behind the character, I've been working on a sketch but I just don't know how he should look, if anyone has any ideas they're more than welcome to state them in this post of message me.

I'm aware SB was being sarcastic, hence the grinny-faces laughing with his joke before my reply to the general topic. And now that I think about it, f*ck werewolves in MK. This is Mortal Kombat, not Manhunter. We don't need anymore spastic brainfart ideas ripped from any available source. I liked Underworld and all, but _let it stay on the silver screen_. It's like the Family Guy gag where Stephen King pitches an idea to a publisher for a story about a "lamp monster".

Well, people didn't expect a vampire in the MK series. Why don't people put the idea of a vampire in the game down? Everything about MK is folklure and werewolves and vampires belong to that category.

Ok. didn't mean to flame. just came in a bit of a shock, that's all. My bat. but the idea of a werewolf is still out of the question. they probably put a vampire in just for more blood though. Not like that's a bad idea for more blood, but the vampire thing was corny too if ya ask me.

If you like the idea of blood in the game, a werewolf can easily rip anyone apart. Think about all the blood flying.

I think they should bring back Nightwolf.I think he's underrated he had a cool weapon also.

If they can scrap movado, and replace him with a werewolf i don't mind, but 2 gothic characters is too much for me. As for the people who are on about ripping off other genres, all ideas are inspired by something, so get over it - mk probably got the idea for sub and scorpion from Ken and Ryu or something similar. Easy.
