What are Lius and Noob-Smokes fatalities/hari kiri ?

This is what I've wanted to know for weeks... What are Lius fatalities and what do noob-smoke do to kill each other???

Liu covers himself in green mist or smoke, and then he falls apart, noob throws a bunch of shurikens into the air and they land in his head, and smoke does cyrax's old self destruct, though he is the only one who explodes

I got Noob's first fatality to work...he pulls out a bunch of shurikens and throws em at his opponent...like Reiko's mk4 fatality...but I cant get the second one to work...
