He's cool, and could have a good story to allow him to come back, maybe even help solve the whole Shao Kahn/Reiko issue.
Smoke should also come back, maybe with a half human, half machine design, something similar to my sig.

Definitely Kabal. He's a thousand times cooler and funner to play with than Mavado, who sucks in my opinion. Not so much his playing style, but his design. Boring as shit.

Like TUN (I hope you have no objection to this abbreviation ) said, definitely Kabal and definitely without a mask. How about placing both Mavado and Kabal in MK6. Then we'll see which one makes better use of hook swords.

Moreover, I'd like to see Stryker's return. Seriously. With radically redesigned appearance. He should be a little bit thinner I think . Some people have enough of backgrounds with an ancient look and want to see modern stages in MK6. Therefore Stryker would fit perfectly to such backgrounds.

Furthermore, it would be nice to see Sindel (with even longer hair), Fujin (he was meant to be Raiden's successor as the Earth protector, wasn't he?), Kai (doing some good capoeira maybe) and as a returning boss: Shinnok. But that dude needs some true power and not just storywise. He's an elder god for Raiden's sake, fallen, but still.

And one more character... what do you guys think of having Noface in MK6???

well it would b interesting to see sub zero from mk1 return as a spector, like scorpion b4 him, to take out his brother because he is making the lin kuei into good guys, which they weren't b4hand.

baraka ain't dead. if he was, acording to his mkgold ending, everyone in edenia and raiden would be dead, too.

It will be interesting if smoke came back, most likely in robotic form.

I think Kabal is dead. If I'm not mistaken, it's mentioned in Mavado's Konquest that his hookswords might actually be the ones used by Kabal during MK3.

And dead or not, I'd love to see Baraka return. I've missed him badly since MK2.

Even though shes not dead, this is how I'd bring back Jade.

I'd power her up, and give her some kick butt styles, can't think of any, but Tae Kwon Do may suit her. she could have a different branch of it to what Sonya has. She'd have a new storyline, hopefully independent of everyone elses and she'd have a new look and new fatalities.

Her story would see her on a course of self exploration or she could be a new chosen one to fight for Earth. Or maybe even a spy for the Earth warriors and she can allign herself with the bad guys and feed info to the Earth warriors.

The staff will definitely be her weapon! I'd like to see a lot done with its telekinetic power too. They could try and incorporate the telekinesis into her staff fighting style allowing her to use a lot of techniques others wouldn't be able to do.

Kahn would be cool if he comes back, lets not forget that in FightNight, the MK crew said his not dead. But if he does comeback I hope his not a boss, and when I say that i'm taling about his moves. In all the MK games his in when he attacks you in takes half your life I wish his attacks could be the same like everybody elses.

Like RedScorpio, I would also have to agree with that completely. And Jigsaw, Mavado's Konquest said it is BELIEVED Mavado killed Kabal and took his hookswords. But IMO if he survived Kahn's extermination squads, he probably survived Mavado too. I'd like to see him return; but about the whole "unmasked" thing, I thought his face in his fatality in MK3 looked stupid. Maybe if they changed it to just look severely wounded that might be cool.

I would like to see Baraka, Kabal or Sheeva back. They would all be really cool in 3d. But if I had to pick only one, I would say Sheeva. She's very underrated. She could have some really cool moves with those arms and they could make her better looking in the face too..

It would be nice if they replaced Kenshi with Ermac. Kenshi's ok but I'd rather see Ermac with his own unique look and story. Also, they should bring back Kahn, but they sould make him more balanced and like the others.

First of all, the following charactres that have been mentioned here as dead, HAVE NOT been confirmed DEAD yet:

Sindel: How can she be dead when Kitana is still called Princess? Besides, no Mk game states Sindel’s death. In the Mk4 comic book she looks more like she fainted, besides, they don’t say she died there.

Kabal: It says Mavado “defeated him”. He took his hook-swords, but still, Kabal could be alive. They never state Kabal was killed.

Baraka: Quan Chi’s ending COULD had happened, only part of it, but also, It could HAD NOT happened. So, we only have to wait to know. They never stated Baraka died.

Kai, Fujin, Stryker: Nothing is known about them. No where in Mk is stated they died.

Smoke: Not sure, but I think they never say he actually died.

So, I would like to see Sheeva again. I just think she ha slots of potential She had cool fatailities, decent moves, a very good story, and a cool character concept design. I want her back.

Also, Sub from Mk1. I like him better then the other one cause he is evil.

But I think it’s better if the characters that are dead, stay dead.

I can't be certain, but from what I've perceived, it seems that Kai and Stryker didn't strike(pun, lol) much attention from the fans. So basically, if Subs ending is true, Smoke is alive and well with his soul/memory back, but is still a cyborg. In my fanfic, he becomes human again, but I'll go into that some other time.

Anyway, time will tell If my predictions are right. I really, REALLY, REALLY hope Boon is reading all this. I miss Smoke and Kabal so much. Although Smoke's fanbase isn't as large as it could be, the few that do like him are fanatical about, such as I.

It would be cool to see Smoke back. To me, it doesn't matter if he comes back as a human or as a cyborg. If he's back as a human, he should have new and original powers, since his powers in MKT were Scorpion's (Spear, Back Teleport and Air Throw), except he didn't have the Front Teleport. If he's back as a cyborg, he should have new and original powers too, because the Spear is Scorpion's trademark move, the Air Throw is Scorpion's and he has the same Teleport that Sektor has.
He's a cool character but needs an original personality.

Stryker to me was a good fighter. Bo Rai Cho is fatter than he is and Bo is a good fighter.

Size matters not if you are welltrained as a fighter.

Stryker with Krav Maga and Tao Chi Do with a twin tonfa weapon style and no magical based specials that is what I want for Stryker.

In konquest, when you loose with Kano in one mission (don’t remember against who, maybe Sonya) it says something about trying harder and then “Do it for Jarek!”

I think it hints you that Jarek is in fact dead, but anything could happen. I think he is, he as just a copy of Kano.

You're right, Stryker indeed was a good fighter and weight has nothing to do with it. But still, it would be nice to see his new "incarnation". Short hair and beard, no cap. Something like that maybe. Old look as an alternate or better hidden outfit.

A lot of people dislike/hate/underestimate Stryker. That's the reason why he should return and kick top tier character's butts just to show everyone that he's not bad at all!

I actually thought Stryker was one of the best in MK3/UMK3. But he does need a new outfit. Something more like a proper SWAT cop, with the body armour, and maybe the helmet too.

Kabal should come back into the series with new weapons (there is concept art around showing him with buzz saws with tonfa handles, which I thought was cool). Other characters I'd like to see return are Baraka and Mileena, Kai and maybe Shao Kahn.
