Well seeing as deception is the theme of the game, he could've been decieved into giving him his power. Perhaps Onaga was physically weak until getting whatever power Shujinko is responsible for giving him.

Dont worry skein im sure when ppl get the game youll read everything you need to know on this board.

I think he means that he was the original one to get the amulet or something.

maybe he took Shoujinko ability to learn techniques (or he took his techniques) thanks to that he knows all the powers of our warriors...

Im wondering if once upon a time Onaga was human and eventually turned into what we now know as the DragonKing for some reason.. maybe something to do with the amulet hence why he wants it back.
