I really have no clue why Sareena would EVER join Scorpion. I also dont see how Sareena's ending might induce one to think so.

Unless of course, you're not making any sense, and you for some reason still think that Scorpion is after Sub-Zero, and since Sareena will aparantly turn on Sub-Zero and in your own little fantasy world Scorpion and Subby are still enemies, then maybe Sareena and Scorp might join forces, yes.

i always thought sareena had a little crush on his brother and since he is the next best thing with a big bandito and kori powers, wouldnt that make her love him and not hate him?

I guess I didn't explain right about their alliance. This theory maybe kinda screwed so here it goes. What if Sareena, could in fact be Scorpions wife? But then again, what am I thinking, she's a demon. But what if Quan Chi, or Shinnok transformed Scorpion's wife and brainwashed her into Sareena. It could be possible, right...
