0 - Completed NONE of below
1. Unlocked All the Characters on the selection menu?
2. Unlocked ALL the Koffins in the Krypt?
3. Win with every character in Kombat mode
4. To best of your knowledge, you even completed EVERY side missions in Konquest?
5. Win with every character in Puzzle Kombat
6 Completed Conquest but has not completed ALL side missions yet.
Just answer 1,2,3,4,5, 6 please!

I can only answer Yes to #1. The rest are No's. (EDIT) well since you reworded it I did beat Konquest, but I havn't done all of the side missions yet. I don't think anyone here has yet.

BTW, anyone check their "Profile Status" in the Options? I wonder if that tells you how complete are you of the Whole game (including Super secrets).

It doesnt, it just gives you the win loss ratio VS the computer and a second player and tells you how many arcade finishes you have.

No. What I mean is if it would hint at secrets in any way... such as arcade count.
