What will happen to Raiden?

What I mean is. He broke the rules of the Elder Gods and relinquished his status. Shinnok truned his back on them as well and was eventually punished. What Raiden did was very serious in the eyes of the Elder Gods. Do you think they will send another God to hand down his punishment for what he did? Or do you think they will forgive him?

Uh....what's so bad about relinquinshing(sp?) his status as elder god? That's not something to be punished about at all...

Raiden says so himself that what he did was an act defiant of the heavens. As an Elder God, Raiden was no longer able to interfer.

I never said anything about him wanting power. What I'm talking about is that Raiden broke the rules of the Elder Gods by leaving and interfering
with what happen on earth and do you think the Elder Gods will punish him for that?
