From following some threads on another site (gamefaqs) and going over the hex dumps myself, I think there is only a few things we haven't found out yet.
the fights with kitana drahmin frost and mokap
there's triggers and such that are evidence that you can reenter the villiage somehow, and enter the temple.
Some sort of chest in the nexus??
Shujinko's 2nd alt (as a kid)
Scorpions monster alternate (possible)
Raidens classic alt (maybe)
Liu kangs ghost alt (maybe)
So thats probably the only possiblities left....
so thats all there is to look for, and it may be that those triggers and things are just orphaned code.
SU characters?? Nothing in the hex dumps indicate it
SU stages?? nope
SU Puzzle fighters?? nope

Don't fully trust a Hex dump. They don't always give out 100% of all the info that is hidden within the game. Sometimes they do though, but for the newer games coming out this year, and in the future, Hex dumping will not work 100% like it did in the past. This is not just for the MK games either, but for every single game on the market. Some programmers know about hex dumping of course, and are currently toying around with a new type of software, bug, or key that makes it only readable from the company it was made from. We don't know for sure if it is in MKD or not, but if we find more hidden things than a hex dump has told us, then it is in there. An article about this key, or program is in an upcoming computer/gaming magazine article.

The ability to fight Kitana... would be a great discovery itself! I DON'T care about BIG secrets anymore, just what's left in the Hex dump .... Let's FIND them!!!

I'm guessing that to fight kitana you have to have done the sindels quest.. after that she says 'im heading to outworld' so maybe she can be found in OW after that.
