Mortal Kombat Collectors edition (the ones with a MK Character on the cover) And The One with the MK Dragon on The cover....is there any major difference?

To answer your question, the collector's edition comes with a playable version of mk1 (on a separate disc) and collectable mk character card.

Yes, they both are the exact same game. The Collector's Edition comes with a second game box for the Extra Kontent, as well as a double slip cover to keep both cases together. When you take Deception out, you have the MK Dragon cover :D
