They are in a little village in earthrealm. I think there was 3 houses or so. They are not dressed up like Scorp, but rather as normal looking people. If I remember correctly it was somewhat near the cave where you get the Komidogu. They had a fire on the ground or it was a big kettle. You have to talk to the woman of the 3. She will pretend to be a Raiden fan or something (dunno if u found that message/paper saying something about that) then you will have to beat Scorpion as Subby which isn't too hard
