I also own the Gamecube PAL version of the game. I've opened nearly all the koffins and I still haven't found it. Maybe it was removed...

=O what possible reason could there be to remove it from the krypt. Putting a 50/60Hz screen hardly tipped the balance in how much they could fit on disc.
I am hoping if it does indeed turn out they aren't in the krypt they are hidden elsewhere.
