Kira's chest appears in the second house at H2 in earthrealm on the beach at 5:00 p.m. to I think 7:00p.m. I got to it at 6 something I sat out side reading MK forums when I heard a ding then I found it in the east or second hoouse on the end

yeah that is where kira is but she's time restricted. i got her around 6 too
