Gotta wait until you finish Konquest then go talk to him.
Use Sub-Zero for the combo, but who should I use for Cage when I do a 12 hit combo? I can only get a 11 hitter.

No, this is NOT a BS, you can't meet him, unless you met Mr wen/Shen first, before you locked up in the jail. Then, you goto the BIG temple in EarthRealm!
Personally, I have not, but I know it exists. The hacked lines proves it!
There ARE many quality threads about this already, the best one is posted by GoddessOfLight, you may want to find that thread!
