I'm not really sure but I think u should complete the task for Liu Kang first then u'll be able to accomplish Tanya's task too.

it's when you go to train with baraka in the camp.. the cave is in the back of the camp site, go all way to the right. it will be there you should hear shujinko say tanya will be needing this cave of some sort.

I too have this map for Tanya, but now she is not at the location I first found her. Now she is located near the portal and when I try to speak to her all she wants to do is fight. I fought her thinking that after the fight she might take the map, but after handing her her ass she just bows. Anyone that can help me out please do so.

or you can talk to liu kang instead, just head on over to the city where the overlord is at just behind the min temple houses you see liu kang instead talk to him and he'll give you some rudy coins 500 or 600 i believe. oh yea for future reference check out Crow's faq it's in one of the stick topics and its a good idea to take a look at it if you missed anything or if you are redoing the konquest again.. i hope thats helps you out
