I just found the alternet, I cant remember where but it was a disapearing chest in the realm of order, I only saw it whille on my way to get lius alt costume so I didnt pay attention, start your search there.

His bio's key is found in H-4/Earthrealm. I'm not sure about his alternate bio however.
