Which character havent I unlocked?

I know this sounds daft but i have unlocked 23 charachters and one remains shaded is it Onaga and if it is, how do i go about unlocking him?
Please include a more direct thread subject when creating topics in the future.

i've already unlocked liu kang, i have everyone apart from one guy middle row about 3 in from the left on ps2 version, who is he and how do i unlock him?

no its not raiden it looks like he is wearing a helmet or he has wee horns i thought it was onaga, i just wonder how u unlock this guy, has anyone got the full 24 at the character select screen please help

Well off the top of my head, I don't know who you're talking about but i do know that it is NOT Onaga. He's not playable unless you use a cheat device.
