I know there was a thread about this earlier on before, but I think we can use this to only speculate who will be deceived. First off, Kenshi and Ermac. If anyone is to be deceived it's usually the apprentice turning on the master. But Kenshi just doesn't seem like a bad guy, so maybe Ermac deceives him for unknown reasons for now. Now Smoke has been confirmed (I think) you would imagine he would re-join his ally Sub-Zero. Now even though I don't like him being evil for now, he would deceive his ally Sub-Zero for some unknown reason for now. We'll see who else will be confirmed, and what further speculations we can come up with.
