I would like to know is Monster Scorpion? because it would be really cool if Monster would be an alternate costume for Scorpion.
Do anybody have more info about him?

Not really any extra info on him. He is scorpion, he is given the name monster based off Shujinko's perception of him at the time of thier meeting. It might be a 3rd costume but who knows. Just have to wait and see.
