Siohan: (I think U misspelled her name) She was in the krypt as a sketch, one of Li Mei’s people. With 2 long ponytails.

Nimbus was supposedly a secret character in MK4 arcade that can be found in the furnace stage.
Nimbus is from the Brotheres Of The Shadow the same as Noob

Nimbus Terrafaux was a black boxer that was rumored to be in the Sega Genesis version of Mortal Kombat. Electronic Gaming Monthly ran a article in 1992 showing pictures of Nimbus with the code to get to him.

What you were supposed to do, was when Reptile came on the screen and said "Look to La Luna" you were supposed to hit a series of buttons and if done correctly, the game would restart and Nimbus would be playable. The two pictures that Electronic Gaming monthly ran of the character was Nimbus doing "Test Your Might" and Nimbus' fatality, the flip kick decapitation. This character was a clever fake and did not exist.

On your other character you mentioned I have not heard of him/her.
