there's 2 many different costume girls that look alike: I mean all of these different pics have different appearal on the characters. I think at least one of these are either Kitana or Seerena (the blue outfited character that is) and the people making the game are prob. laughing at this whole Li Mei/Mileena/Kitana/Seerena/Tanya thing; but with all the info we've received and knowing how hidden fighters are always present in MK - I'd almost bet that all those girls will be in this game playable! With all the contraversy over it the makers will prob. try to please everyone this time (that's why they r saying it's such a great game and all) They will keep working with it even after E3 so who knows til the game actually comes out!

I'd hate to be rude about this, but it's either Li Mei or Kira, end of story! All 16 returning characters (from both MKDA and previous MKs) are confirmed, whether in writing or from screenshots or trailers. No room for any more returning characters! In layman's terms, Kitana will ONLY, and I mean ONLY, show up as a cameo in the Konquest mode, just like all the other old characters that did not make the cut in MK Deception! The debate's been over since last night!

UNLESS, of course, Midway wants to keep playing the "two characters in one" game that Namco has been playing for YEARS with the Tekken series, with the Roger/Alex, Devil/Angel, Kuma/Panda, and Violet/Lee crap, which I see is HIGHLY unlikely!

Looks like I'll be sitting on the sidelines for this MK... Or, at least, have a great deal of apathy towards it at release (read between the lines: I'll buy it when it's a greatest hits).

Actually I think that's Mileena. If you look closely at her purple costume, you'll see it has these two "coattails" coming out of the backside. So does the blue costume of this mystery blue ninja. Therefore I think it's Mileena in her alt. color.

lol, good post. But unfortunately, people are only going to see what they want to see, whether it'd be Kitana, Sareena, or Stryker.

^ Actually, most people will choose not to see Li Mei because she was a total throwaway last game, and the thought of repeating past mistakes is appaling in a game with limited cast space and a huge backlog of much cooler characters waiting to return or be featured.
