The guy fighting Kung Lao? I thought it was his alt costume or something...they had the same build, both had a hat, and he was crouching to do that middle poke move that Kung Lao had in MKDA.

The character you are seeing, was a concept character from MK:DA like many of us have said half a million times. Go play MK:DA adn unlock so some the concept female character sketches and you will see almost that exact one. Another thing, I don't even see hair on that person...the image is to blurry to even desipher is that is hair or the strape for the hat anyway.
