When you watch it and after li mei gets ass fucked by the rocks and statue the announcer that says TANYA WINS sounds not like the other ones we have heard. what are everyones thoughts?

Watch the Shujinko bio. I think it's in that bio. They show the guy who does the voices. If you mean who the character is that says it, it's Onaga.
