I think one of the greatest fighting games of all time was the original 1995 Killer Instinct for the SNES. Not KI-2 or KI-Gold, those were complete garb. KI was the greatest impressively interactive (Combo / Beat your opponent to a pulp) game of all time. The announcement of your Combos kinda laughed in the face of your opponent for you and then that same announcer could turn back around and laugh in your face with C-c-c-c-COMBO Breaker as they slapped you in the face in your moment of glory.
The Finishers and Humiliations in the game were right up there with the MK during it's time. Some of them comical such as Orchid flashing her victim and watching their eyes bug out of his head before he died.
The characters in the game were unique in their own way and the selection differed from that of other fighter games. You had Combo, Spinal, Cinder, Jago, Fulgor, Glacius, Orchid, Sabrewolf, Riptor, and the boss Eyedol.
Don't get me wrong, I love Mortal Kombat, the mystery and secrets within the game, along with the combat.
I think they need to bring a version out for the PS2 and X-Box and make it online playable just like MKD.
My favorite characters were Fulgor and Jago.

I believe that Tekken 5 will basically be a mirror of the last 2 Tekken games.

This has nothing to do with Deception.General forum is your friend.To ad to your thread since it is here,yes I believe that they are working on a ki3 if i am not mistaken.i haven't read the proof but they are hinting at it.I own the ki and ki2 arcade jamma boards and next to mk those are my favs.
