And get them in the court and them killing them. But the idea of getting murdered in a game would seem veil and compleling at the same time cause its one of the most famous games in history and cause people might only pick them to kill them. but i wouldnt care id love to get killed by Cyrax or Rain or Sub-Zero.
In Fact they should devote an intire category devoted to celebrities with spoofed names and such so they slim the chance of getting sued if they did do that without consent.

Although I can see how its an appealing idea to some, I think it would scare away MK's fanbase, thus bankrupting Midway and perhaps being the worst game ever made. But that's just my opinion.
