Why Didn't Midway Bring Back Every Character For Deception?

I was just wondering, why didnt midway create deception with every character in it?. even if the character has died, they should make at least one game with ALL characters returning. This would please fans for sure because every character would be there, so there would be nothing to complain about. They should have brought back every character like smoke, goro and all the other classics.

They should also have brought back reptile in his human and reptile form. They should also bring back liu kang (human) and zombie form.

Why dont they do this? Any opinions?

There wouldnt be enough room for all of em, besides theyd have to create new storylines which tie into the current one.

time is money they would half to spend more time making it so that means less money once it finally comes out. thats why da wasnt as hot as they wanted it to be....ran out of time

The extra characters would also lead to more characters using the same moves on account of all the time it would take to come up with tons of new moves and fighting styles to give to the other classic characters. And the ending videos would be out of the question on account of all the used up space. Bad idea, good if it were possible to make everything work out.

it seems Midway always runs out of time creating games.

Why dont they just take their time doing things and make a really good game. I know they dont want to keep us waiting but its better safe than sorry!

It's obvious why they won't include every MK character EVER: Deception is not MK Trilogy 2. And they would take up too much room that could go to new characters, like Dairou, Ashrah, Kira and Hotaru. Plus, do you have any idea what you're asking? You're asking them to put in 55 characters! Just trust me: the cast will be huge, and be the best cast so far, but it won't have EVERYONE!
