The story definately. I mean, it's like a whole freaking world. I mean, Mortal Kombat has like a whole mythology type of vibe going on where it has its own little universe and everything has a past and present and a history (i.e. like Star Wars/Star Trek). The characters are a great part of it too. Each one of sorta unique in their own little way and I love that. MK has never been better.

So many reasons; the gore, developing storylines, fatalities, wide range of selectable characters, and maybe more gore.

1o The story.

2o The sweet gore.

3o The gameplay.

It was the story that initially got me interested- never was into fighting games, usually. But now it's:

1.Characters
2.Gameplay
3.Graphics (blood, photo-realism= beautiful)
4.Ongoing storyline

The characters, the story, the environments, the sound & music, the gameplay and the fatalities of course.

I like MK for the gore and the storyline. This is the wrong forum though you should probably repost in GD.

2. Story - Great. great. Great. There's no much to say about it.
3. Gameplay - yes, I love MK gameplay. It's pretty easy, but fights are dinamic and full of adrenaline. 4. secrets

I like the characters, and story .It's also fun ,and it helps me release anger/rage/stress in a "safe", acceptable way. I do the opposite of what normal people do. If kids did that there "should" be less violence in the world.

Everything about it!

The story owns! I love the characters! The Fatalities, the gore, the special attacks and all the twists and secrets! MK is brilliant!
