Why does Sub Zero has the scorpion oufit skulls??

I mean scorpion had those skulls in his DA outfit and now sub has them ?????? isn ́t that just stupid???

It's not the same skulls. It's a very simmilar type of armour, but it's not the same.

Look closely. Those aren't skulls, they're dragons. It matches the dragon on his pants as well have a connection to the Dragon Amulet.
