Here is why I think Khameleon is not in the game. First of all, it came down to the 2 sharing the same name , Chameleon and Khameleon, they must have thought it would be stupid to have two characters with the same name, also a lot of fans never heard of them. Personnaly I never played with any of them before I learned about their existence from the internet. Also it should have come down to the select screen, you see how it is organized with all the ninjas on top, the females on the same line and the bosses in the last row, all this organized screen works better with Chameleon on top, also with 64 squares on the screen , adding Kham would mean 65 , but hey I think it all comes down to these two having the same name and it would be kinda stupid to have them both in the same game. They decided to add Cham, to get another ninja , even though he has less story than Kham. I think seriously both of them are not all that important, so they went with the male that's it and Reptile's ending is a way to kinda' please the hardcore story fans by having them guess it's Khameleon, a way of including her in the game . After all, Khameleons tend to hide.
