Maybe we'll have fatalities like MK1 for SNES that was rated Teen but it still had fatalities. Take for example Subzero's freeze and punch shatter: that was still a killing move without blood but it was cool. Or Scorpions toasty, you still saw a skeleton, Raiden electrocutes the opponent and turns to dust. Maybe we'll get moves like that, which IMO wouldn't be a bad idea to at least give us MK fans something to care about MK wise.

Like I said in my other thread, you don't need to actually show something to get the job done. Simple camera work, good audio, and clever visual cues can be just as effective and if done right can be even more brutal and visceral.

If done right you can get some pretty crazy stuff with a T rating.
