I thought japanese hoerable suicides were called performing "seppeku". In fact, im positive.

A suicide is a suicide, no matter what language its in. I would like to see someone do it the honorable way, but when you think about it everybody so far has done it either with THEIR own weapon or with in their ability. I doubt anyone has a knife small enough to do it, then again maybe Kira can?!?

Seppuku is the same thing as Hara Kiri, in Chinese.

Um, in Hara Kiri they are supposed to stick the knife in their stomach, and spin it around so that all their intestines and guts fall out. That is the correct procedure and its has more gore than any of the ones we have seen so far. If anything, it crosses a line they do not want to pass.

You don't SPIN the knife, you insert it in the left side and draw it across to the right. The intestines should then flow out freely. Generally you want a buddy standing behind you, ready to slice off your head in case you hesitate.

Jisatsu = suicide

Sepuku/harakiri would also require an assistant ,usually a friend actually, who would chop the head of with a sword after "enough" pain had been endured during cutting their own cloth/bandage wrapped stomach.They would not be left to die from their own stomach cutting.
Females would wrap cloth around their throats and cut with a knife.
