Will Noob-Smoke be a playable character??

Just wondering, I know Noob-Smoke will be a type of sub-boss, but will he be playable? Will he be playable online? Puzzle? Chess?

duno bout puzzle and chess....doubtful but for fighting yes...

yes he'll be a playable character in Deception....he's in the character select screen (he's an unlockable one).
fear the Noob....
